Tuition & Fees
Oklahoma State University remains one of the best values in the United State in terms of costs.
Assistantships
Each year OSU awards more than $15 million in stipends to graduate teaching assistants and graduate research assistants. Graduate students in Communication Sciences and Disorders may receive a .25 FTE (10 hours per week) graduate teaching assistantship (GTA). In addition to a monthly stipend, students are awarded a full tuition waiver. Students accepted into the graduate program will be reviewed for assistantship. No application is required. Assistantships are awarded on merit. GRE scores and undergraduate GPA factor heavily into the decision to award.
Non-Resident Tuition Award Program
Starting fall 2022, OSU has a new non-resident tuition award program for out-of-state students applying to different graduate programs including our graduate program of Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- This award sets the tuition rate equal to the online graduate nonresident tuition rate. This rate was set at $364/credit hour for the 2021-2022 academic year.
- The rate may increase if OSU increases tuition in the future.
- Reduction stays in place through degree completion.
- This is a tuition saving of $515.75/credit hour or a discount $11,346.50 for the typical full-time enrollment of 22 (9/9/4) credit hours a year vs the usual cost of $879.75/credit hour or $19,354.50 for the year in tuition.
